- The Tsuka is made of wood and covered with genuine ray skin. The SAYA is constructed from hardwood and has a lacquer finish. Bamboo nails are used to secure the handle and blade, ensuring the blade remains attached to the handle at all times. The sword can be easily taken apart for maintenance.

- Craftsmanship: This blade is crafted from Clay Tempered T10 steel with a Choji Hamon atop. It's laminated in a maru configuration (a single type of mono steel). Through differential hardening, clay tempering, water quenching, and polishing with 14 distinct grinding processes, it achieves a mirror finish and a striking blade white effect.
- Each sword we made is handmade with care, and capable of test cutting. As you can see in the video, this real katana is strong enough to cut through bamboo yet sharp enough to slice paper.
